- Queestions and answers for clarification to this request. Solicitation N00421-10-T- 0046 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small businesses. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a full and open competitive basis. This requirement is for the manufacturing of Remote Operator Consoles as described in the attached Statement of Work and Remote Operators Console Drawing 8180357 (2 pages) by Naval Sea Systems Command The contracting line items will be as follows: Clin 0001, 56 each, Table Base Assy, as per Naval Sea Systems Command Drawing 8180359 (5 pages). Clin 0002, 112 each (56 left and 56 right), Display Assy, as per Naval Sea Systems Command Drawing 8180361 (3 pages) Clin 0003, 56 each, Display Support Assy, as per Naval Sea Systems Command Drawing 8180360 (3 pages). Clin 0004, 1 lot, shipping to St. Inigoes MD 20684. All requirements are addressed in the attached statement of work and drawings. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by 21JAN/2010 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
