Manufacture IAW MEGGITT AIRCRAFT BRAKING SYSTEMS, CAGE 0B9R9, P/N 5003975; PARKER-HANNIFIN CORPORATION, CAGE 33269, P/N 232-01100; NATIONAL MACHINE CO, CAGE 6L817, P/N 5003975. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. 63 DARO, FOB at Destination. Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Item is of critical application. Source control applies. Configuration control applies. Surge and Sustainment is required. Small Business Subcontracting plan is required. Formal cost/pricing data may be required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
