- The items to procure are NSN 6150-01-513-3324, Part Number 12992812, Cable Assembly, Power; NSN 5340-01-517-2174, Part Number 12992828, Bar, Latch; and NSN 4940-01-504-7762, Part Number 12992813, Adapter, Cable Break. These items have Source Control top drawings which identify Miltope Corporation, Cage 54418, as the approved source of supply. The parts are used on the M95/M96 Mortar Fire Control System. The vendor part numbers are: 900938-1, 901146 and 900702. This solicitation will result in a single firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with ordering periods in effect through 31 January 2013. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantities are 71 each, 85 each and 122 each respectively. The maximum contract quantities are 600 ea for each item. Estimated issue date is 8 February 2010. All responsible sources may submit a capability, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
