- The Bureau of Engraving & Printing intends to place an order with KBA-Giori for 1 ea, ink duct type fountain KBA Giori PT. # L6458912 used on the super orlof presses. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order shall not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR part 13.106 shall be used.
