- LTC PROJECT RA10015003, 1560-01-462-7160, WINDSHIELD ASSEMBLY. Manufacture IAW SIERRACIN CORPORATION, CAGE 12035, P/N 157600-108 AND TEXSTARS INC, CAGE 12849, P/N 5004349-2. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. 168 DARO, FOB at Destination. Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Item is of critical application. Flight Safety critical. Air Force critical safety item. Configuration control applies. Small Business Subcontracting plan is required. Formal cost/pricing data may be required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
