- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to negotiate a purchase order to North Atlantic Industries for the procurement of 4 each PCI Synchro Card Part Number 76CS1-044-CSC-02, 4 each Synchro Connector Part Number 09-0001 and 4 each 400 Hz Reference Part Number PS3800C. The Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The card provides 400Hz reference power and synchro signal output to simulate a ship’s gyro, fits into a PDI form factor and is Labview compatible, required for the IFLOLS system test unit. The Government intends to procure this item under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Numbered Note 22.
