- Address: The actual survey sites are situated at specified Forest Recreation Sites or other locations on or near the National Forest. Maps will be included to show the location of each survey site., Accessibility by motor vehicle is generally good. All survey sites are reached by graded roads at a minimum, and paved roads in some cases. Weather and wet road conditions could make access difficult in some of the more remote locations., The Sawtooth National Forest has several geographically isolated divisions on the South End and remote locations on the North End. The Snake River Plain separates the northern and southern portions of the Forest. This is important to consider when multiple surveys are planned for the same day. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that travel time and set up times are accounted for when multiple surveys are required in one day., Idaho, United States
