- Description
- The James A. Haley V.A.M.C., Tampa, FL intends to award a 6-month (plus 6-month option period) for the maintenance and repair of all existing Water Purification and Delivery System devices and related support components. The Contractor shall provide routine scheduled preventive maintenance, equipment adjustments, tests, and unscheduled corrective maintenance to ensure that all equipment operates in accordance with manufacturer specifications, requirements and AAMI recommendations as described in ANSI/AAMI RD62:2006. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, chemicals and laboratory services as well as installation and maintenance of components as necessary to maintain uninterrupted operation of James A. Haley V.A.M.C. Hemodialysis unit. The Contractor is responsible for assuring that the system can routinely meet the maximum allowable chemical contaminant levels specified in ANSI/AAMI RD62:2006. The Contractor shall have a 24 hour/7day emergency service available. The estimated closing date for this solicitation will be 25 January 2010. Any amendments or additional information issued to this solicitation will also be available electronically at the URL address. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments or additional information. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this RFQ. Award will be made based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation.
