- Description
- This award was a result of a competitive Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MTOC) action. The four (4) MTOC contractors all competed for this award. This is a FIXED PRICE task order. The scope of work may include, but is not limited to all labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary which includes clean debris from faucet aerators; clean, prime, and paint doors and door frames; deep clean new and existing tile and grout; seal grout with Siltanium permanent nano-particle barrier; general cleaning; paint fan coil unit cabinets; provide and install new water resistance ceiling system; remove existing ceiling including, but not limited to, GWB, plaster and all associated ceiling trim items; replace missing or damaged towel pins, fluorescent lamp fixtures, exhaust fan, faucets, floor mounted urinal screens, glass mirror, shower benches and supports, install vinyl numbers, toilet partitions, paper towel dispensers, shower heads, toilet seats, trash receptacles, window screens, 20-minute fire rated solid core wood doors with no-vision louver; restore exiting fluorescent light fixture with emergency battery backup and prismatic lens; unstop plumbing fixture; caulk around surfaces; clean, prep, and paint interior wall surfaces; install new 12 inches x12 inches x 1/8 inch VCT floor finish; install mini blinds, hardware, brackets, new passage knobs, strike plates, thermostats, door stops, and concealed-screw dead bolts with key cylinder; replace existing broadloom carpeting, carpet pad and/or adhesive; install mini-split in hallway, install new rubber cove base; install soffits, fascias, and trim-frame around mural; remove existing asbestos floor tiles in preparation of installation of new VCT floor finish; install surface mounted cast, single gang, phone/data/cable outlet box and conduit; service fan coil unit; strip and wax VCT tile; replace single station smoke detector with photoelectric single station smoke detector; replace LED exit sign w/battery backup; install lockable door on existing 100-225A; install prismatic acrylic lens in fluorescent fixture; install 120V, 20A, specification grade GFCI receptacle; and install new door viewers (peepholes).
