- RECOVERY ACT PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR REMOVAL AND CONSTRUCTION OF BARBWIRE FENCE LOCATED NEAR CHEYENNE, OKLAHOMA. SOLICITATION NO: Q7720102005 NAICS Code 238990 with small business size standard of $14 million. 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This work consists of providing all labor, equipment, tools, and transportation (NO MATERIALS) to remove of 16,227 linear feet of the existing barbwire fence, gates, pipe panels, and water gaps at river crossing and constructing approximately 16,227 linear feet (3.07 miles) of new barbwire fence along the boundary of Washita Battlefield National Historic Site. All fencing materials will be provided by the government. This solicitation will be issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) resulting in the award of a single firm fixed price contract. The Request for Quote will be issued on or about February 4, 2010, with the Proposal Due Date on or about March 5, 2010. Proposals received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with procedures outlined in FAR Part 15 for Best Value Trade Off. Selection will be based on price and past performance with price being equal to past performance. The magnitude range for this contract is $25,000 to $100,000. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about February 4, 2010, on FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Potential offerors must register on FedBizOpps in order to receive notification(s) and/or changes(s) to the solicitation. Offerors must be registed with the Central Contract Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a Government contract award.
