Description

In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO GSA SCHEDULE CONTRACTS. The Department of Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), has a requirement for a ten ton air conditioner for computer room in Golden, CO. The soliciation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on the General Services Administration E-Buy website. Offerors bidding on this opportunity MUST have the items on an existing GSA Schedule Contracts. The Schedule Contract shall either be in the Offeror's name or the Offeror must be able to document its ability to act as an agent of a partner's Schedule. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required.
