- THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND INREINVESTMENT ACT 2009. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Needles Field Office have a requirement for remediation of physical safety hazards associated with Abandoned Mine Lands (AML) and install primitive campground improvements within the BLM California Desert District (CDD). This requirement is set-aside for small business under NACIS 562910. A site visit is schedule on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at 9:00 A.M. (PST). Contractors planning to attend the site visit need to meet at the Needles Field Office located at 1303 S. Hwy 95 Needles, CA 92363, not later than 8:00 A.M. The BLM project representative and techical advisor will be driving to the project site. A solicitation will be available on or about Thursday, January 28, 2010 and can be downloaded from https://www.fedconnect.net Vendors must have an active registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System, http://www.ccr.gov
