- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a new requirement for Custodial Service at the U.S. Army Reserve Center in San Diego, California. The work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at Van Deman Hall, San Diego United States Army Reserve Center (USARC), located in San Diego, California in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks and be required to provide and replenish soap and paper products in all latrines. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, building commercial standards, all local, state, and federal laws and the requirements of the contract. Solicitation number W9124N-10-R-0026 will be available on or about 24 November 2009. A SITE VISIT is scheduled for Tuesday, 1 December 2009 at 9:00 AM (PST). Site Visit location is: 2400 Admiral Baker Road, San Diego, CA 92120 (Van Deman Hall, USARC San Diego, CA.) The primary Site Visit POC is Steve Berger, 562-795-2052. Alternate Site Visit POC: Wayne Alves, 562-795-2098. This acquisition is a 100 percent set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Firms only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720 with a size standard of $16.5M. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation number W9124N-10-R-0026 will be available on or about 24 November 2009 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/).
