- Amended solicitation THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) PROCUREMENT. RECOVERY – Rock Crushing: Tonata, Tacoma and Thomas This amendment is issued to fix a clerical error on the cover page, SF 1442, page 1 of 51. Per Section F of the solicitation 180 calendar days are allowed for contract performance. The attached solicitation and SF 1442 has been corrected and now states 180 calendar days in Block 11. As clarification the response date is February 10, 2010 by 4:30 pm Pacific time.
