(Subject Continued) Repair/replace Transformers and Vaults, Bldg 3746 RECOVERY PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE MATOC CONTRACTORS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBERS: Advanced Technology Construction, Contract Number W912DW-07-D-1014 / Bristol Construction Services, Contract Number W912DW-07-D-1015 / Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc., Contract Number W912DW-07-D-1016 / P&L General Contractors, Inc., Contract Number W912DW-07-D-1017 / Wade Perrow Construction, LLC, Contract Number W912DW-07-D-1018. Program Name: Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Multi-Disciplinary Maintenance, Repair, Construction and Design-Build Work for Fort Lewis Public Works, its Sub-Installations and Other Customers Supported by the Seattle District Corps of Engineers. This is an order under an existing Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) that was awarded using competitive procedures. The awarded MATOC Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to remove various parts of the existing electrical distribution system and install new, replacement parts for two areas on Fort Lewis, Washington. Construction shall include installation of medium and low voltage conductors, conduits, transformers, switches and other work as required to provide complete and usable systems. The extent will be all of the Greenwood Housing Area, most of the underground portion of the 3700 Block, and the parking and outdoor sports court near building 12663. Greenwood Housing area, the 3700 Block, and the lighting near building 12663 shall be separate base bid items. Magnitude of Construction for this project is between $1M - $5M and the completion period is estimated at 240 calendar days. The NAICS Code for this project is 237130.
