- RECOVERY PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc, W912DW-05-D-1027. Program Name: Job Order Contract in Support of Fort Lewis Public Works and Other Customers Supported by Seattle District Corps of Engineers Title: RECOVERY -- PROJECT NUMBER 22448, Install Stack Economizers in Existing Boiler Stacks and RECOVERY-- PROJECT NUMBER 22456, Install Three Stack Economizers in Existing Boiler Stacks. This is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using competitive procedures. Under this Task Order, for project number 22448, the contractor shall install feed water economizers on the 600HP Cleaver Brooks Boiler, identified as Boiler Number 1, and the two 500HP Cleaver Brooks Boilers identified as Boiler Numbers 2 and 3, located at plant 3LC, Bldg. 9576, Fort Lewis, Washington. The contractor shall provide and install a new ASME stamped exhaust economizer for each boiler. The installation of the economizer(s) into the stack(s) may change the flow characteristics of the flue gas and degrade boiler combustion efficiency. The contractor shall provide test and adjustment of boiler equipment for optimization of the boiler combustion efficiency. For Project Number 22456, the contractor shall install feed water economizers on the two 800HP Cleaver Brooks Boiler, identified as Boiler Number 3 and 4, located at Plant 11, Bldg. 3292, Fort Lewis, Washington. The contractor shall provide and install a new ASME stamped exhaust economizer for each boiler. The contractor shall provide a separate estimate for each boiler. Magnitude of Construction for both projects is $500K - $1M and the completion period is estimated at 250 calendar days. The NAICS code for this project is 236220. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
