- American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Federal Supply Codes (FSC) Y245. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237110. Construct functional replacements of the 6 to 10 cast-iron water mains with same size PVC piping that is manufactured in accordance with AWWA Specification C900. Construction of approximately 3,600 linear feet of 6 PVC C900 piping, 7,200 linear feet of 8 PVC C900 piping and 2,700 linear feet of 10 PVC C900 piping. Also included in the project will be the installation and construction of numerous main line valves, fire hydrants and connections to existing water distribution lines that vary in size from 2 to 10. FOB Destination, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. This will be a firm fixed price contract. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD will be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). Approximate issue date for solicitation is 21 January 2010 with opening date approximately 30 days from issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these web sites and is the contractors responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
