- Direct Support Electrical System Test Set (DSESTS) Test Program Set (TPS) Integration to Re-host DSESTS TPSs to the Next Generation Automatic Test Station (NGATS). The U.S. Army JM&L, LCMC Acquisition Center is issuing this Sources Sought Notice on behalf of the U.S. Army ARDEC. The U.S. Army is conducting a Market Survey to identify Contractors capable of integrating and re-hosting DSESTS TPSs to the Next Generation Automatic Test Station at the Contractors facility. This effort requires the Contractor possess the DSESTS and NGATS test stations including the Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs), and the DSESTS TPSs. This effort will require extensive knowledge of DSESTS TPSs and the NGATS system. The responsibility will be to fully integrate all current DSESTS TPSs and variants with equal to or better than performance of existing TPSs. This effort will be performed at the Contractors facility with no Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). The Contractor shall have access and possess a fully functional DSESTS and NGATS environment and all peripheral equipment required to perform this effort. The Contractor shall be responsible for possessing all the required Test Program Set (TPS) hardware and software along with all the Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs). The Contractor shall be required to have these items on site during the performance of this effort. The Contractor shall be well versed in Keltol, DSESTS ATLAS, and NGATS operational software. The Government will not provide any technical data to support this effort. This Sources Sought announcement is requested for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal (RFP), invitation for bid (IFB), request for quotation (RFQ), nor an announcement of a solicitation. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure these items, nor does the Army intend to award on the basis of this sources sought/market survey or otherwise pay for the information requested. Interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by providing a document outlining their capabilities based upon the above description.
