- THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE IS CHANGED TO JANUARY 25, 2010. LTC PROJECTRA09350018, 1560-01-512-1850, FAIRING, AIRCRAFT. Manufacture IAW McDonnell Douglas Helicopter, CAGE 8V613, P/N 7-51140175-101 or Cox & Co Inc, CAGE 98085, P/N 6110-141. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. 260 DARO, FOB at Destination. Inspection/acceptance at Destination. Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Configuration Control applies. No special testing. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
