- In compliance with the transparency and accountability principles established by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009 (AARA), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) announces the award of a delivery order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the purchase of Reduced Size Explosive Detection System Stand- Alone Training Simulators with 1 BVS Pole and 1 FDRS. A firm-fixed price delivery order was issued against an IDIQ contract previously and competitively awarded to a small business, Reveal Imaging Technologies, Inc. Contract clauses required for projects involving the use of Recovery Act funds were incorporated into the delivery order.
