- Service Contract Wage Rates - Chautauqua County, NY Technical Specifications Scope of Work Request for Quotes - SF 18 and commerical acquisitions clauses The USDA-NRCS is preparing designs to rehabilitate these dams. In support of this effort, USDA-NRCS is soliciting qualified contractors capable of providing all equipment, materials and labor necessary to perform a Drilling Invesigation. The work consists of providing the equipment and crew to access and drill 7 borings at Conewango Dam 3; and 7 borings at Conewango Dam 6. The work also includes mobilizing a tracked excavator and excavating test pits at each dam. All borings at Dam 3 will be sampled at 5 foot intervals, and borings at Dam 6 will be sampled continuously. Approximate locations of the proposed test pits and borings are shown in the attached Scope of Work. Previous boring and test pit logs and locations are attached. Weather and site conditions permitting - site showing to be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. This Request for Quotes is a total small business set aside. NAICS Code 238910 - Size Standard $14.0 m Estimated price range is Less than $25,000. This work is being funded and performed under the Watershed Rehabilitation Program -American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA)
