- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR MOTORIZEDLOUVERED COVER - 54FT X 16FT. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in theirquote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a writtenamendment will not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to:1. ANN0UNCE SITE-VISIT OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL POTENTIAL QUOTERS.Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 10:00 am. Location: NASA Langley Research Center, Hampton, Virginia. Building 1256, Room 201.All potential quoters, intending to attend the site visit, must respond via email tolisa.c.malott@nasa.gov no later than Friday, January 22, 2010.The following informationmust be provided: name of company; first name, middle initial, and last name; country ofcitizenship. If this information is not received you will not be granted access to theNASA Langley Research Center. Note: Individuals who are not US Citizens will not begranted access to the center on January 26, 2010, due to specific processes for non-USCitizens that, due to time restrictions, cannot be completed prior to January 22, 2010.Potential quoters will be permitted to take photographs during the site visit.All travel expenses incurred are at the expense of potential quoters company and willnot be reimbursed by NASA Langley Research Center.2. CHANGE CLOSING DATE TO 02/05/2010.3. CHANGE DATE FOR QUESTION SUBMISSION DEADLINE TO 02/02/2010.The due date for receipt of offers is extended to 02/05/2010.Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASAAcquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on 01/14/2010.
