- RECOVERY ACT - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS BEING PROCURED THROUGH SBA IDIQ CONTRACT NO. SBAHQ-09-D-0001. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The Contractor shall provide a wide range of professional acquisition and contract support services to the SBA Division of Procurement and Grant Management in the areas of pre-award acquisition planning, source selection, and contract administration and management, assist with the preparation and issuance of contracts, delivery orders, modifications and management of various contractual vehicles. 1. The acquisition and contract support services provided will include a variety of contract types, including but not limited to; facility construction support services, professional services, and procurement of supplies. 2. The work performed shall be in conformance with all Government regulations and policies including the Federal acquisition Regulation (FAR), Code of Federal Regulations, and local policy and procedures.
