- Flyer UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Jackson, MS The United States Government seeks to lease seventy (70) parking spaces in Jackson, MS within the following delineated area: North: East Court Street South: East South Street East: South West Street West: Farish Street The proposed lease term is for ten years with 5 years firm term A minimum of seventy (70) secured, assigned on-site parking spaces are required. The spaces shall be together in one location in the parking garage or surface lot, fenced or with walls. Price for the 70 spaces shall include cost to enclose the area with fencing or walls, gate and locking mechanism. The type of fencing, gate and locking mechanism is to be determined by the tenant agency. A solicitation will be disbursed giving further details. Also, a Govt. paid guard will be assigned to the area for security. Parking spaces must be ready for occupancy no later than January 1, 2011 and not earlier than December 1, 2010. All expressions of interest by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
