- REQUEST FOR INFORMATIONThe Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System (SLVHCS) has a requirement for approximately 3,400 net usable square feet of leased space suitable for use as an eye clinic and clinical provider space. The space will provide offices for functions that require privacy, clinical exam rooms for physician providers and eye clinic staff, waiting room, offices for various administrative staff and other support staff. The clinic must be established within walking distance of the VA New Orleans main campus located at 1601 Perdido St, New Orleans, LA. The delineated area established as a 2 block radius from the main campus and defined by the four corner intersections of the following streets; North Tulane Ave, West South Claiborne Street, South Poydras Street, East Loyola Avenue/Elks Place. THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BEING CONDUCTED UNDER FULL AND OPEN COMPETITON. All parties interested and qualified under NAICS Code 531120 Product Service Code X142, size standard $7.0 million, are eligible and invited to provide a proposal in response to this solicitation. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the GSAR, and FAR part 15, 19, and 22 as applicable. SLVHCS is seeking sources to fulfill this requirement. SLVHCS invites all interested parties to identify themselves and their capabilities as they relate to this announcement. Interested parties may respond to this announcement by submitting a brief statement of interest and qualifications which identifies the property to be offered, the company name, any SBA designated soceio- economic preference possessed which qualifies for preference, point of contact information, and if respondent is a broker - provide the identity of the principal. The statement of interest and qualifications may be delivered via e-mail at the address contained in the Government P.O.C. information listed below. All statement of interests must be received by 01/26/2009. The solicitation document shall be available for download from this site on or about January 27, 2009.
