- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to contractors recently awarded a fully-competitive, multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Construction contract for GSA, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Region 1, South Service Center. This requirement will be competed and awarded subject to fair opportunity requirements under these contracts. All awardees under the multiple award contracts are small businesses. This is not a request for quotations. The task order is for energy conservation measures at the Harold D.Donohue Federal Building, 595 Main St., Worcester, MA. Work includes replacement of a chiller system, re-caulking exterior windows, and installing new variable frequency drives. This task order will be awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
