- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY ISAVAILABLE ONLY TO ANADARKO INDUSTRIES, LLC, UNDER TIME AND MATERIAL CONTRACT NNJ09JA01CTO PROVIDE SAFETY AND FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES TO SUPPORT NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACEADMINISTRATIONS (NASA) JOHNSON SPACE CENTER (JSC) IN ACCOMPLISHING ITS INSTITUTIONALSAFETY PROGRAM OBJECTIVES AUTHORIZED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF2009.JSC intends to issue Task Order 4 via modification 16 against the already existing Timeand Material contract to provide additional construction safety support for roofing andother general construction. These construction safety services will support the roof andloggia ledge repairs on multiple facilities at JSC that are part of the Cross AgencySupport (CAS) Institutional Investment program funded by the American Recovery andReinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009.Anadarko provides JSC with a ready source to procure services that includes consultation,audits, surveys, inspection, training, management reviews, engineering analysis, andother safety related documentation to ensure that management is fulfilling its safetyresponsibilities, and maintaining JSCs fire protection systems. Anadarko Industries,LLC will verify that all construction operations meet all of the federal, state, local,NASA, and JSC requirements throughout the construction phase and perform pre-constructionactivities that include preparatory inspections, risk assessments of project tasks andreviews of project-specific safety and health plans and drawings. Oral communicationsare not acceptable in response to this notice.This announcement will not result in a Request for Proposal; this announcement is forinformational purposes only.
