- PR NO: 0024459317– NSN: 6220-00-635-0351 – Aircraft Cockpit Light – Panelite Engineering Inc. (Cage 0N7F4) P/N PE-940003-2-1495 and Grimes Aerospace Company (72914) P/N A5395C This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract. Required quantity is 2580 each without a 100 percent option. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. Delivery requirement is 74 days. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
