- Description
- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Atlantic (SSC-LANT), on behalfof the Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) for Joint Tactical Radio System(JTRS) Network Enterprise Domain (NED), has a requirement to provideSoftware In-Service Support (SwISS) for maintenance, upgrades, andenhancements to the Wideband Networking Waveform (WNW) waveformsoftware. This procurement will include development for softwareenhancements and software maintenance/upgrades; in addition to technicalsupport for testing, porting, and independent verification and validationsupport. SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic intends to issue a full and open competitivesolicitation. An indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) cost plusfixed fee(CPFF) and cost plus incentive fee (CPIF) type contract is anticipated with abase period of two years and three one-year options. All responsible sourcesare invited to submit a proposal which will be considered. The applicableNAICSCode is 541511 with a size standard of $25M. The draft basic contract SOW, draft VoWNW SOW, and draft VoWNW Concept ofOperations documents are attached. The solicitation and other documentsrelated to this procurement are anticipated to be available at this website inFebruary 2010. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for therelease of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
