- The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to issue a contract for ELECTION SERVICE.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. RMF00100001 is issued as a Request for Quotation RFQ and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. This acquisition is a small business set-aside. NAICS Code: 541990. Award will be made at a fair and reasonable price to the responsive and responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the requirements herein will be the most advantageous to the Government.
