- Underground A&E Professional Services - Exhibit B Mandatory Requirements Pursuant to its obligations to the United States Government (represented by the Department of Energy under Prime Contract No. DE-AC02-76CH11359), Fermi Research Alliance LLC (herein after referred to as FRA) requests your written proposal for Large Architect/Engineering Firms' Professional Services in accordance with all attachments and exhibits listed herein. If your firm meets ALL of the Mandatory Requirements and want a complete RFP, please submit your response with the Mandatory Requirements Sheet to Thomas R. Powers no later than 2:00 P.M./Local Prevailing Time, Monday, January 25, 2010. The Scope of Work (SOW) or Exhibit B is the basis for the A/E professional services to be performed for FRA.
