- The Mission Installation Contracting Command Center- Fort Eustis intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Comprehensive Language Center,2200 Wilson Blvd, Suite 500, Arlington, VA; International Center for Language Studies, 727 15th Street, NW, Suite, suite 400, Washington, DC; Washington Language Center. 1655 N. Ft. Meyer Dr., Suite 900, Arlington, VA; Diplomatic Language Services, 1901 N. Ft. Meyer Dr., Suite 800, Arlington, VA and International Communications Associates, Inc. 1901 N. Moore Street, suite ML-02, Arlington, VA to provide extended services not to exceed twelve months while a follow-on contract is processed. The contractors shall continue critical mission services to DLIFLC-Washington customer until the new follow-on contract is awarded. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 611630 and the size standard is $7M. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time, on 1 February 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
