- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY ISAVAILABLE ONLY TO THE GEE CEE COMPANY OF LA, INC., AUTHORIZED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERYAND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. NASA/JSC intends to issue a modification 3 to Contract NNJ09JA22C, a firm fixed pricedcontract awarded to The Gee Cee Company under the Small Business Administration 8(a)program, using the Partnership Agreement between NASA and the Small BusinessAdministration in accordance with FAR 19.8 and the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5). The purpose of the modification is to require perimeter fencing and overhead protection.The contractor shall also provide for the dismantling of the perimeter fencing andoverhead protection upon completion of the window replacement project and is alsoresponsible for the maintenance of the lawn within the fenced area throughout theduration of the window replacement project.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. An Ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note "B".
