- PRON: AX0F5043AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement a quantity of 175 each minimum to 875 each maximum of a MOTOR ASSEMBLY, PUMP, NSN: 2915-01-179-4185 Part Number: 15384 applicable to the BJ-AH-64(APACHE). Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 175 each, 2nd Year, 175 each, 3rd Year, 175 each, 4th Year, 175, 5th Year, 175 each with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5002. The required delivery without Contractor Tested First Article is 175 each 100 days after contract award (DACA). This item is restricted WHITTAKER CONTROLS INC., Cage Code: 58163. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) is not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA THAT CANNOT BE RELEASED EXCEPT TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. NO DOCUMENTATION IS BEING RELEASED WITH THIS SOLICITATION.
