- Description
- This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for provision of construction inspection and project management services for construction projects for FHA/Western Federal Land Highway Division, Vancouver, WA. The North American Industry Classification System(NAISC) Code for this solicitation is 541330, Engineering Services, size standard is $4 million. This competitive solicitation is 100% set aside for 8(a) firms, all others will be deemed non-responsive. The Government intends to issue two(2) firm fixed price IDIQ contracts with a magnitude between $5,000,000 - $10,000,000. This acquisition will be considered in accordance with FAR 15.101-2, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process. Solicitation documents will be available electronically on or about February 1, 2010 at the following website: www. fbo.gov. Offerors will search for Solicitation DTFH70-10-R-00003 to access solicitation documents and any Amendments. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER TO RECIEVE NOTIFICATION OF ACTIONS INCLUDING POSTING OF THE SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS. OFFERORS ARE ADVISED TO CHECK THE FEDBIZOPPS SITE FREQUENTLY AS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING AMENDMENTS. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. A pre-proposal conference date and time will be scheduled in the soliciation, local time, Vancouver, WA. All contractors are reminded they must be registered in the CCR database in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration(CCR). If the offeror is not successfully registered in the CCR at the time of award, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offerors.
