- This notice is for informational purpose only. This opportunity is available only to contractors with a current IDIQ contract with the General Services Administration (GSA) under Special Item Number (SIN) 899 1 - Environmental Consulting, 541 4F - Commercial Art and Graphic Design Services, 760 3 - Editorial, Publishing, and Library Media Services, and C T001 - Arts/Graphics Services. The NPS intends to issue a Request for Quote for proposed Blanket Purchase Agreements for contractors to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision for writing and editing and/or graphics layout services on ongoing National Park Service planning documents related to planning and management of units of the National Park Service, Denver Service Center Planning Division. Services in the BPA will include Mechanical Editing, Substantive Editing, Writing, Formatting, Incorporating Mechanical Corrections from Reviews, Incorporating Mechanical and Substantive Revisions/Additions Resulting from NPS Review, Indexing, Proofreading, Graphic Design/ Layout for Newsletters, Reports/Brochures, Draft General Management Plan/ Environmental Impact Statement, Final General Management Plan/ Environmental Impact Statement, Presentation Plan, Cultural Resources Studies, and Resources Stewardship. The Request for Quote with a Draft Blanket Purchase Agreement, Blanket Purchase Agreement Scope and proposed call orders will be posted to the GSA e-buy website at https://www.gsaadvantage.gov on or about January 21, 2010. No hard copies of the solicitation package will be mailed or issued.
