- Description
- Solicitation Package The Senior Governance Capacity Development Officer will lead the USAID/Sudan Mission on all issues and programs pertaining to strengthening governance and institutional capacity of core government institutions in Southern Sudan leading up to the 2011 referendum and beyond. Multiple sectors within the USAID/Sudan portfolio contribute to institutional capacity building: 1) economic growth, 2) democracy and governance, 3) health; and 4) education in order to support state responsiveness, authority and legitimacy. The selected candidate will serve as the program manager for one or more activities in the USAID/Sudan mission.
