- This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE for commercial services to furnish all materials, labor, and transportation to Re-paint the 146th MXS AGE Ground Support Equipment at Channel Islands Air National Guard Station in Port Hueneme, CA. This is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This solicitation is 100 percent set aside for small businesses.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38 and DFARS, Defense Change Notice (DCN) 2009129.The NAICS code is 811121, the size standard is $7 million.California, Ventura County, Wage Determination 2005-2071, Revision 10 applies to this solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on or about 12 January 2010 with proposals due on or about 02 February 2010. Indicate interest as soon as possible by providing your company name, complete mailing address, phone number, fax number, and email address. All requests must be in writing either via Fax at (805-986-7972), or e-mailed to karen.wegner@ang.af.mil. If a fax is transmitted, please send an e-mail notifying the sending of a fax. No telephone requests will be accepted. Interested quoters must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). CCR registration information can be accessed on-line at http://www.ccr.gov/. All quotes received by due date/time will be reviewed.Submit written offers only (No oral offers will not be accepted) via email or fax. The basis for award is: price, warranty and past performance.Quotes failing to submit the required Offeror Representations and Certifications, as per FAR 52.212-3, are considered non-responsive and will not be evaluated.
