- The pre-proposal conference and subsequent site visits will be held at DFSP Norfolk, VA, (Craney Island, Yorktown, Sewells Point, Chambers Field, Little Creek) on February 2-3, 2010 at 0800 hours. Due to the five site visits, two days are required. Interested parties should email monica.fass@dla.mil with the following information NOT LATER THAN January 26, 2010: Name of attendee(s), Company, phone no., email contact information, last four of SSN. Please note the conference will begin at 0800 hours. Attendees should allow time to proceed through the Security gate. Directions to be provided to respondees.
