- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Integrated Service Solutions (ISS), 1565 Bustard Road, Lansdale, PA 19446. The contractor shall provide per call preventive/corrective maintenance and calibration to the items listed on the attached solicitation. This is a continued service of a combination of two previous contracts held by the incumbent combined as one. Over 50% of the Government owned equipment is proprietary to ISS. Although other companies can provide services on some of the equipment it is in the Governments best interest to sole source out to ISS for best value. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811219 and the size standard is 6.5M. This Notice of Intent expires at 0800hrs on 15 January 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. The point of contact for this action is Michael T.
