- The Bureau of Reclamation awarded Contract 06CS204039 to the County of Siskiyou for one (1) year with four (4) option years on April 27, 2006. However, while the government advertized the base contract, the government inadvertently failed to synopsize the four (4) option years. This synopsis will serve to satisfy that requirement. The Bureau of Reclamation issued a Presolicitation Notice for a sole source contract for the purpose of Pesticide Monitoring Services on Federal Lease Lands. The work consisted of monitoring pesticide applications which were applied by ground or air to ensure the approved Pesticide Use Proposals are being followed. This procurement was negotiated on a sole source basis with Siskiyou County Department of Agriculture. The presolicitation notice, with solicitation 06PS204039 was posted on http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about 02/16/2006. The date for receipt of proposals was approximately 03/03/2006.
