- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A NOTICE FOR SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. THE ACTION DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING CONTRACT (Contract No. DOLJ081A20619). THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR IDENTIFIED BELOW. This opportunity is available only to Partners for Community Solutions under contract number DOLJ081A20619. The Employment & Training Administration intends to award a modification in the amount of $128,562 to Partners for Community Solutions. These funds are provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The contractor will continue to provide technical assistance to YouthBuild grantees that were funded through ARRA. Specially, the contractor will provide technical expertise, preparation and/or identification of instructional materials, suppport to indvidual sites, on-site and phone technical assistance subject matter experts. The contractor will also provide logistical support on partnership development, sustainability, data driven decision-making, program planning, leadership and professional development for staff.
