- Fresenius Medical Care Dialysis Machines-This is an amendment to previous notice:The VAMC-Togus, Augusta, Maine intends to award sole source contract with Fresenius Medical Care, 95 Hayden Avenue, Lexington, MA 02420 for the purchase of Fresenius consumables Kidney and Dialysis. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106(b)(1) and the need under FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621492 Kidney and Dialysis Centers with Size Standard of $34.5 Mil. The anticipated contract value is $1,300,000.00 The anticipated award date is February 16, 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. However, all quotes/proposals received within ten (10) days of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
