- Contractor to provide regular preventive maintenance twice per year as well as emergency on-call services for gas lines, gas hot water heaters, gas furnaces, and gas boilers. Base contract with 4 option years. Davis-Bacon Wage Determination MD080009 dated 7/10/2009 applies. Contractors must be actively registered in Central Contractor's Registration database to obtain the solicitation package. All requests for solicitation should be emailed to jeffrey.flook@amedd.army.mil no later than January 25, 2010. No telephone calls will be accepted. Solicitation will be released on or after 1/26/2010; Technical Questions due 2/09/2010; Bids are due 2/26/2010
