- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote F7H1ST9344A001, 123d Airlift Wing, Kentucky Air National Guard, 1101 Grade lane, Louisville, KY 40213, SIMMUNITION KITS/TRAINING EQUIPEMNT. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the purchase of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested and this solicitation F7H1ST9344A001 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is unrestricted. The North American Classification Code NAICS code for this commercial item or equal requirement is 423490 and the small business size standards are 100 Employees.. The following commercial services are being requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 M-4 Simmunition Bolt (FX) PN: 5308990, capable of being integrated with existing weapons and optics, allowing weapons to be utilized in a CQB training environment. CLIN 0002 M-9 Simmunition Kit (FX) PN: 5308270 Capable of being interchangeable from training to operational mode without using tools. Match existing M-9 simmunitions kit. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site and the National Guard Contracting website frequently for any updates / amendments to any and all documents. No individual notification of any amendments will be provided. All questions must be addressed to the Contracting Officer in writing.
