- List of protective clothing items This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for Protective Clothing. This sources sought synopsis is to determine if the capability exists to procure Protective Clothing such as Coveralls, Lab Coats, Shop Coats, Smocks, etc. that will meet the Berry Amendment which applies to the DEpartment of Defense. All clothing must be made in the USA to include the fabric, notions, cutting, and all phases of the manufacturing process. See attached list for Protective Clothing items.
