- RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR CACTUS PARK LOCATED IN MESA COUNTY, COLORADO. THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) (RECOVERY ACT) OF 2009. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract to construct crushed aggregate parking areas, steel fencing, steel kiosks, steel parking delineators & parking stops, OHV Loading Ramps, ADA concrete parking and walkways, and install two precast concrete toilets buildings. The work is located in Mesa County, Colorado. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237990, with a standard size of $33.5M. The cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The anticipated period of performance is 105 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This acquisition will be advertised on a restricted basis as 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside.
