- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W9127N09C0026 Contract Award Amount equals $1,754,500.00 Recovery Funds, and $460,696.50 Non-Recovery Funds. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District (USACE - Portland) has awarded Modification 12 to Contract W9127N09C0026. Modification 12 increases the quantity of dredged material removed from river mile (RM) 87+25 to RM 88+25 from 472,079 cubic yards to 500,000 cubic yards; an increase of 27,921 cubic yards at a cost of $460,696.50. This portion of the modification is not funded by American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) funds. Modification 12 also exercises an option to dredge RM 66+00 to RM 67+05 with an estimated quantity of 145,000 cubic yards at a cost of $1,754,500.00. This portion of the modification is funded by ARRA funds. The total value of the modification is $2,215,196.50.
