The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN used on the HMMWV RADIATOR.. The material is specified as seamless stainless steel. Welding Certificates and material certification may be requested prior to award. The intent is that the solicitation will result in an award of a contract for 10881 each with 2400 (1200 of each clin) to be delivered within 75 days of contract award and the balance within 180 days. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on 15 JANURARY 2010. The scope of this contract includes the acquisition of a 1G item; This AMSC code implies that the Government has screened the item and found it to be already competitive and that the data is technically suitable and legally clear. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside which requires domestic products.
