- Statement of Work for upgrade of Seismic Communications System to Locate Trapped Miners for Preamplifiers, Battery Packs, and Chargers. The Mine Safety and Health Administration is seeking qualified small business suppliers to provide upgrade of seismic communication system equipment (preamplifiers, battery packs, and chargers). This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT only. Request for proposal packages will only be sent to those that respond to this sources sought announcement. Please see the attached Statement of Work for details about upgrades requested. Responses should provide information about your company (name, address, phone number, email and fax number) as well as the vendor's DUNS number and tax identification number.
